Lord Maldra [Maldra Keep] is the master in charge of this quest.
For some little time now I have employed various agents in Sepharia whose
task it has been to keep tabs on the lords and ladies of that continent. Of
particular interest to me are the actions which the leaders of Rune, New
Rigel and Xaventry take concerning myself. Until recently my agents have
performed their duties to me diligently, but recently more and more of them
have been lax in taking appropriate precautions. Consequently, my vast
network of agents working all across Alyria is in danger. I do not tolerate
failure in general, but this is not to be borne! I am entrusting you to
eliminate those agents who threaten to bring down my intelligence gathering
network. Tie up any loose ends they have left behind such as assets or
incriminating evidence as well. Finally, I want you to visit with the
leaders of the major centres of commerce in Sepharia and gage their
attitudes toward me as discreetly as possible. Return to me and you shall
be rewarded. I hardly think I need add how I reward failure.
