NPC: An old maid
Long Desc: An old maid moves around you as she goes about cleaning rooms.

This is an elderly woman who loves to spend her time cleaning rooms and
preparing them for the guests that will stay in them next.  She has a small
little cart that she brings along with her while she works.  Inside the cart
is a whole range of different soaps, some crude and others well known.  She
is a very pleasant person to talk to and bids you a good day.
She is a human approximately 5'8" tall.
