Long Desc: A warrior of Ithrilis wanders the streets insuring the safety of the towne.

This halfling warrior of Ithrilis is one of the more diligent creatures
you've seen in your time as an adventurer.  Trained to patrol their part of
town with vigourous effort, they will not let any members of other religions
inside unless it has been approved by the priests in the temple.  The
followers of Ithrilis are very defensive in their culture, you wonder what
could bring this about.
He is a halfling approximately 3'1" tall.
