NPC: A twisted neuron
Long Desc: A twisted neuron tightly wraps itself around you.

This little nueron is really behaving quite badly.  As soon as you draw
near, it attempts to choke you by wrapping its thin and long tail around
your neck.  You struggle through the battle and manage to break free.  It
then considers you as a hostile threat and begins to cower away from your
presence.  You have no idea what on earth could make a nueron act so
intelligently like this.
It is a unique approximately 4'7" tall.
