NPC: A sad panda
Long Desc: A large black and white creature sits here, sobbing.

Of course, pandas aren't bears.  And it seems unlikely that this is even
a panda.  For one, it is leaking crocodile tears everywhere, and everybody
knows that pandas don't cry.  This particular sad creature is inconsolable
and therefore not a panda.  However, it looks, smells, feels, and arguably
tastes like a panda, so it's really up for debate.
It is a bear approximately 7'1" tall.
