NPC: A weaver spider
Long Desc: A strange little spider weaves a magnificant web here.

Hanging from an intricate web formed by fine strands of silk, this small
spider spins new threads to add to the complex design already in place.
Eyes glittering as it quickly works, it appears that its attention is fully
devoted to the work at hand.  Soft whispers can be heard as it labors to
create yet another masterpiece to leave here in the dark.
It is a arachnid approximately 1'5" tall.
