NPC: A plump dracon
Long Desc: Humming a merry tune, a plump dracon nibbles on a piece of candy.

This dracon seems to enjoy the comforts of their home.  Though not
wealthy by any means, they still have access to such things as good food and
fine clothing.  They seem cheery, almost too much so.  Their home has some
items in it that do not appear to have been made in this city.  Maybe they
have a secondary source of income.
He is a dracon approximately 4'1" tall.
