NPC: An old man
Long Desc: An old man hobbles down the street holding on to a sturdy stick like a cane.

This elderly human is trying to keep physically fit by taking a brisk
walk around the block.  Unfortunately, he seems to have overestimated his
athletic ability, and now looks exhausted.  As he notices you watching with
concerns, he snorts angrily at you.  He grasps his walking stick more
firmly, and picks up the pace to prove that he's OK.
He is a human approximately 5'9" tall.
