NPC: A vole
Long Desc: A small vole is here, trying to tunnel into the ground.

This is a rather small rodent with a small snout at the end of its plump
little body.  The vole has a cute little gray tail and small perky ears that
lay flat against its head.  You aren't quite sure what it's doing down here,
and you guess that it accidentally tunneled its way into the mountain and
was unable to get back out.
He is a rodent approximately 1'6" tall.
