Long Desc: A giant flesh-eating gnat is here, sucking the blood from a decaying carcass.

A little gnat buzzes around your head before flying down and taking a
tiny bite out of your arm giving a little sting.  The tiny wings flutter
with great speed you can't even see them move.  It zips quickly out of your
vision and makes another pass around your head before try to take another
bite.  The tiny size and quick wings make him hard to keep track of while
flying around.
She is a insect approximately 1'5" tall.
