NPC: A dark elemental
Long Desc: A dark elemental wavers menacingly in and out of the shadows.

Slipping through the shadows a dark manifestation of energy wavers in and
out the hidden crevasses that are in abundance here.  Nobody knows exactly
where these creatures come from.  They are rumored to have slipped onto this
plane through dimensional gates that open when the darker planes overlap
onto the prime material planes.  The only thing that can be determined by
general observation of these creatures is that they tend to shy away from
direct light.
It is a elemental approximately 7'1" tall.
