NPC: A vampire bat
Long Desc: A vampire bat is here, searching for a neck to sink its teeth into.

This little bat is fluttering around looking for a meal.  His leathery
wings carry him around the forest and though the trees.  His black body look
more like a rat but the teeth on him are unmistakably that of a vampire bat.
The vampire bat flies close brushing against your hair, any closer and he
would have gotten his teeth in your neck.
He is a bat approximately 1'5" tall.
