NPC: The arena master
Long Desc: The arena master prepares the creatures for the next combat.

As you enter the arena, you take notice to a man who seems to be the
center of attention here.  He looks very strong and yet curiously wise.  He
seems to be the owner of the arena, as he is directing the battles that are
taking place.  He makes a waving motion at you to come to him.  As you look
around, you can see various creatures sitting around, cheering for some of
the combatants.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
