NPC: A fey monk
Long Desc: A fey stands here wearing monks clothing.

A fey clad in long flowing brown robes quietly moves around here with
slow, measured steps.  He is examining a small dusty book.  Its cover seems
to be have been surrounded in a white cord before its brass bindings were
set in place.  He catches a glimpse of you from the corner of his eye.
Oddly enough, he then puts the strange book in his leather pouch and begins
to slowly move away from you.
He is a fey approximately 4'8" tall.
