NPC: The Water Queen
Long Desc: A short woman swims beneath the waterfall here.

As you continue your venture through the water, you come apon a waterfall
from which a woman is swimming around.  At first you assume she is having a
normal recreational swim, however as she catches eye of you, she stands
underneath the water, raises her arms, and is raised up into the waterfall
as if the water was pulling her up despite the violent downward currents.
She smirks as she notices your gasp at the event that just took place.
She is a hydra approximately 7'0" tall.
