NPC: The Death Queen
Long Desc: A small woman directs the walking dead with a small motion of her hand.

Just when you think you've seen it all, you witness one of the most
horrifing scenes you have ever seen.  You scan the area and are overwhelmed
as an entire minon of corpses and fleshless skeletons roam around a central
figure - the Death Queen.  The army of the dead seem to follow her every
movement, and to your misfortune, she is walking in your direction.
She is a human approximately 5'8" tall.
