NPC: An avros cat
Long Desc: A black cat stands before you.

You are interupted from your walking as a small black cat sprints up to
you and rubs against your leg, purring contently.  You are pleased by its
act and decide to pet the cat.  You notice that the cat is well groomed and
conclude that it must have an owner.  You check around the neck of the cat
for evidence, and find a coller of which is written in a foreign language.
He is a domestic cat approximately 1'7" tall.
