NPC: A vampire
Long Desc: A short caped vampire prepares to attack.

You are startled as a vampire appears out from the shadows while
revealing his long, sharp teeth.  He definitly seems disturbed by your
presence, and floats off the ground and expands his cape which glows with a
low white light.  If evil had a physical form, he would definitly come
close.
He is a vampire approximately 5'6" tall.
