NPC: A holocaust snake
Long Desc: A long reddish colored snake flails underneath your feet here.

This long reddish snake twists and winds under your feet.  With a long
forked tongue, it darts out at you back and forth as you try to move about.
Its skin sheds quite frequently, leaving an ashy trail behind it.  The venom
stemming from a bite from this beast will stop you in your tracks.  Be very
still and hope it will not sense your presence and slither onward.
It is a snake approximately 1'5" tall.
