NPC: An ice giant guard
Long Desc: A large humanoid covered in frost guards the entrance to its lair.

These ice giants are the warriors and protectors of their lair, trained
since birth for just this job.  They are normally robed in furs from great
wooly mammoths, and wear odd pieces of armor here and there.  With a bit of
unease you not their gruesome habbit of cutting the ears from those they
kill and stringing them onto leather thongs to wear around their neck.
He is a giant approximately 25'0" tall.
