Long Desc: A thief instructor waits to instruct aspirants on the finer points of criminal behavior.

This dracon's lithe form indicates a quickness that can only be obtained
through practice.  The shape of several knives protrude slightly from
beneath his sleeves.  Despite his dangerous appearance, this dracon has
given up his more adventurous past to instruct future thives and rogues in
training.
He is a dracon approximately 4'1" tall.
