Long Desc: A Kell commander sits here, as still as stone.

The Kell commander is a mighty specimen of the race.  Not simply elite
through military promotion, this Kell is biologically distinct from other
Kells in that it enjoys heightened reflexes, greater strength, and the
capacity to rearrange itself molecularly, effectively able to change forms.
Again, however, this Kell is not just superior in its inherent traits.  It
is well-learned in many fighting styles and tactics, which, when combined
with its natural abilities, makes this commander's both well-earned and
well-feared.
It is a unique approximately 4'7" tall.
