NPC: The one-eyed Monte
Long Desc: A one-eyed gnome stands here, chewing on a blade of grass.

This rough and ready gnome is leaning on the back wall watching your
moves scepticly.  He opens his mouth wide and nearly tucks his whole hand
in, while he digs at something caught in his teeth.  The whole sight of this
man tends to turn your stomach.  Monte's lost eye is covered in scars nearly
from his nose all the way around his eye.  The eyelid has healed closed and
large ripples of scar tissue have grown in, taking the place of the eye.
He is a gnome approximately 4'1" tall.
