NPC: An octopus
Long Desc: Gliding by on its own inertia is an eight-armed octopus.

A pasty white octopus pushes its bulbous head through the water.  Its
suction cup covered tentacles curl and toss straight rhythmically to provide
an awkward forward thrust.  In spite of its odd shape and awkward gait these
creatures are formidable hunters and grow to the size of whales.
He is a octopus approximately 5'5" tall.
