NPC: A crackling
Long Desc: Powerful bolts of energy arc across a barracuda that swims here.

The long toothy jaw line of this large eel gives it an evilly twisted
grin.  The crackling is a voracious hunter that stalks its prey in deep
coral recesses.  The creature has an uncanny ability to discharge powerful
arcs of eletricity to ensure survival.  Its fearless attacks usually leave
its victims cooked and cubed before the eel actually eats them.  This dull
gray variety of sea snake are normally very small for their size but
something in the water has made this one grow to terrifying proportions.
She is a fish approximately 1'7" tall.
