NPC: An imp of the perverse
Long Desc: An imp floats above you, smiling lucidly.

Both a physical manifestation of the temptations and madness that possesses
Alpheus Winterborn and a result of the ensuing magical experimentations,
this imp is a product of objective evil and personal sin.  It smiles
serenely, giving full view of its hideous teeth, which are far too large for
its mouth and gouge out of its lips through its scaly, poxed carapace.  It
hovers a half dozen feet off of the ground, giving no indication of its
intentions or whether it even has any.  It is not clear, by simple
observation, whether it constructed this vast, towering clock within the
walls and under the floor of the historical Winterborn mansion, or whether
it inspired the prodigal son to do it himself.
He is a imp approximately 3'7" tall.
