Long Desc: A large well-built fey is here, staring at you intensely.

The Director General is a very intimidating person to be around.  His
face is in many ways similar to a granite sculpture, both majestic and
handsome, yet unforgiving and hard.  His manner is that of a leader sure in
his command.  Just being in his presence is enough to make you think twice
about your actions.  He watches you, waiting for you to state your purpose.
It is a fey approximately 4'7" tall.
