NPC: An orphan child
Long Desc: An orphan child wanders up and down the street looking for a missing parent.

This child seems to think that this town is its home.  The truth be
known, he has seen so many different port towns in his life, they all seem
to look the same after awhile.  Having been dropped off here by his
sea-faring father, he looks about trying to find some resemblance of the
home he can barely remember.  Handouts from well meaning residents keep him
nourished, but he would most likely accept a coin or two should the offer
come up.
She is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
