NPC: A combative druid
Long Desc: A combative druid is desperately struggling his way through the river here.

Wrapped in forest garments, this druid looks desperately worried, and with
good reason.  The health and safety of the River is under threat, and that
in turn threatens to bring down the wrath of Lord Agrippa.  He's almost
entirely wrapped in camouflaged equipment: leaves, twigs and all manner of
vegetation is wrapped around him, only leaving his face uncovered.  He's in
the right place at the right time, and now he has to stop your madness.
He is a minotaur approximately 6'9" tall.
