NPC: A black dragon statue
Long Desc: A nine-foot tall statue of a black dragon is posed in a very heroic position.

Something has awakened this statue, and it's not happy to be alive.  It
prowls the grounds like a starving canine, but one nine feet tall, with a
tail and wings, made of stone, and practically immortal.  Based on the
physiology of black dragons, these statues would be hellish to attempt to
pass if they were made of balse, not to speak of their current stone forms.
Somehow, its stone fangs drip venom, and despite not having to breathe, the
statue occasionally exhales a plume of frost.  This statue is not something
that you want to fight.
She is a animated statue approximately 4'5" tall.
