Quest: Templeton Thieves

This quest [2604] is called 'Templeton Thieves',
for Adventurers levels 60 to 100.
Lady Templeton [Templeton] is the master in charge of this quest.
I have been hearing increasingly plentiful complaints about thieves in
Templeton. Many citizens have had money and items stolen. You are to talk
to some citizens and find out what was stolen from them and return it.
Also, kill any thief you find and destroy his weapons in order to make an
example of him. Return to me with a report when you have taken care of the
problem.
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive:
*Up to 45 quest points, 4 practice points, 20,000 experience points,
0 build points, 0 piety, and 4,000 gold pieces.
You have 200 minutes remaining to complete this quest.

Phase 1: Defeat A hidden thief. [3 times]

Phase 2: Destroy a stiletto. [3 times]

Phase 3: Visit A rich citizen.

Phase 4: Locate and deliver a beautiful diamond to A rich citizen.

Phase 5: Visit A busy citizen.

Phase 6: Locate and deliver a stout of ale to A busy citizen.
