Urgma, our towne shipwright, has begun recruiting crews for adventurers
passing through on their vessels. Because of this, he's been extremely
taxed for supplies, though not of the sort he's used to carrying, but of the
weapon variety. Potential crewmen are often given training in a variety of
local weapons before being sent off, and Urgma has run low on a few,
especially those from Tellerium. Do whatever you have to in order to obtain
them, and buy the poor fellow some booze while you're at it, he seems in
dire need.
