Lord Telleri [Tellerium] is the master in charge of this quest.
I have just received reports from the treasurer that we need more weapons
for the towns growing guard force. We need a variety of weapons. So I am
asking you as an experienced adventurer to go and collect some weapons for
me. As I said earlier we need a variety of weapons so you may find your
self-search far beyond Tellerium to find what I require. Before you leave
on journey be sure to visit the treasurer as he will provided you with the
kinds of weapons that you need to obtain. When you return you will be
rewarded handsomely.
