This quest [2190] is called 'I Have a Craving for Food! ',

Lord Telleri [Tellerium] is the master in charge of this quest.
I have developed a craving for food that my personal chief does not know
how to cook. So it is your task to go about the city and find the foods
that I have developed a craving for. You will have to venture all over the
city to find all the different kinds of food. Some may not be all that
obvious, but I have a craving for fried bird, and stout ale. Now go and
when you return with the food you shall be rewarded handsomely
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive:
*Up to 40 quest points, 3 practice points, 12,000 experience points,
 0 build points, 0 piety, and 9,000 gold pieces.
You have 210 minutes remaining to complete this quest.
I Have a Craving for Food! consists of:
Phase 3: Recover a crown roast.
Phase 4: Recover a bottle of Kasrah Cola.
Phase 5: Recover a stout of ale. [ Hidden ]
Phase 6: Recover fried seagull. [ Hidden ]

Phase 5 is the ale and Phase 6 is the seagull. I just did the quest, and when I got the seagull it completed 6 for me.
