for Adventurers levels 30 to 59.
Lord Vendredi [Sigil] is the master in charge of this quest.
Alyria is a dangerous place. However, there has been a relative calmness
around here. This isn't because evil has ceased to exist, but because our
guards have been doing an exceptional job in their positions. In Vospire
they have beaten back uprisings, in Diocletian they prevented an overthrow
of Emperor Diocletian himself, and have quietly kept social order here in
Sigil. They have been great people to get to know, many travelers have left
knowing that they can trust the town of Sigil as a result. The guards of
Vospire and Diocletian have gone out of their way to please their patrons.
In order to reward their hard work and dedicated service, I want to
personally thank them. Unfortunately, even in these peaceful times, it
would be a great danger for me to travel outside the city. This is where
you come in. I would like for you to personally talk to the guards and
thank them for me. You will be graciously rewarded for your services upon
completion of these simple tasks.
