Lord Agrippa [Runic Castle] is the master in charge of this quest.
There are many people that rely on the Rune Library to find information
on various subjects. Although the library has always been able to assist
those in search of knowledge, I believe that the library could use an
expansion. I have listed the particular books I would like you to deliver
to the library. After you have delivered these books, check in with the
Motherly Librarian to make sure I have not forgotten any specific books.

*Up to 45 quest points, 5 practice points, 22,000 experience points,
