Cave of the Bloodpsear Orcs                            -      -      -

Carvings on this wall of the cave tell the legend of how the Bloodspear
orc tribe recieved their name during the famed Huumaniod Wars of so long
ago.  It states: "When the war against the Humans began so long ago, our
tribe was without name, being that we had just slain our brethren who would
insult us from our old clan.  Then Magarldim, our high Shaman, took
communion with Gruumsh, our great god.  Gruumsh told our shaman to beware a
great weapon that the humans would bring to bear against us, to slay us and
make us slaves.  He said the weapon would be a silver spear that drew blood
like none other.  Then, he prophecized a vision of the spear, and proclaimed
hwere we could find it.  In a great battle, we slew the human keepers of the
spear, and took it for our own.  We learned the human name for this spear
was Brichlur, or blood spear or silver spear in their crude tongue.  And due
to the increddible capability of blood that the spear can shed with but one
strike, we named ourselves after the incredible weapon.  None of us has been
powerful of worthy to use the spear since our first and greatest Shaman, but
one day we will be..." 
     A keg of beer brewed by the orcs adds a rancid aroma to the room.
