This place is an incredibly unholy and evil temple to the main orc god,
Gruumsh the One-Eyed.  The decorum is dark, sinister, and incorporated in
the cave walls somehow.  A bloody alter for sacrifices to the dark lord
dominates the room, with dried blood caking the enter stone structure.  Then
to the east, the true oddness of the cave here strikes you...  Hmmm.  It
would appear that some kind of beast or demon floata in some kind of stasis
field there.  Do you have the nerve to disturb it?
