Birds flutter through the branches of the trees overhead filling the air
with their singing.  A striking marble statue of Lord Vashir stands in the
center of the plaza looking back toward the streets of New Rigel.  From a
distance comes the sound of the hustle and bustle of the city, but the
towering trees surrounding the plaza mute it to a mere murmur.  The
tranquility of the plaza promises rest for the weary who seek a respite from
their hectic lives.  
A small multicolored bird flies through the air.
