Hot Air Balloon Platform                               -      -      -

This large wooden platform has been constructed in the middle of an open
field, and it serves as the launching point for the most popular tours of
the city.  These particular tours are unique, since they are conducted by
the New Rigel Balloon Company and give tourists an aerial view of the town. 
One of the impressive hot air balloons is tethered to the corner of the
platform, ready to lift off and float gently above the city.  
A balloon pilot adjusts the rigging for his balloon. 
'Hi adventurer!' a balloon pilot exclaims. 'A balloon ride costs 2000 gold.  We fly over the town and reach the opposite side of town in mere minutes.'
A balloon pilot says, 'Just hand me 2000 gold and we can begin.'
