Sepharia has some people that experiment with dangerous magic. In a
recent trial run a mage in Xaventry killed several travelers from New Rigel.
I need you to go out and tell these misfits that their magic attempts either
need to be done in safety or not at all. You can find them in Rune, Shadow
Castle, Sigil, and Xaventry.
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to 55 quest points, 5 practice points, 21000 experience points, and 7000 gold pieces.
