Description of Can You Help Me Doc?:
There has been a new problem with health care in Rune. We never had any
problems before, but most of the doctors in Rune seem to have left. I want
you to go and find out why, and see if you can see what the public thinks
about the recent troubles. Seek out the health care from the neighboring
towns to Rune and see what they are doing. There is a great hospital in New
Rigel, but I have heard reports of some strange treatments used there,
investigate these on your journey also.
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to 50 quest points, 4 practice points, 12000 experience points, and 9500 gold pieces.
