Questmaster: Lady Undya [The Towne of Xaventry]

Description of The Royal Exchequer:
Lady Undya hands a gold ring to the pawn shop owner, and then she beckons
you forward. You can't help but notice a thin line on her skin where once a
ring of spell turning rested. She begins softly, "The demands placed upon
the Royal Exchequer have proved too much. Maybe I've been to ambitious and
far-reaching in my desire to improve Xaventry? Maybe the tithes from the
religious orders are too arduous upon the populous? I can't scale back my
vision and my design for this royal berg! I need you to bring me items of
gold which I may then pawn, melt, or exchange for coin. Also, recover some
of these expensive items so I may pawn them. Hurry! Take this brief list,
and do not fail me or Xaventry!
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to 60 quest points, 6 practice points, 24000 experience points, and 12000 gold pieces.
