Description of Doctor's Orders:
Several of my guests have been attacked by aggressive creatures roaming
the wilds. Suffering severe wounds, they ran to the closest sanctuary they
knew, here. One of my doctor's, Dr. Gonzo, is willing to perform emergency
surgery and help them, but your help is needed. He does not have all the
items he needs, nor does he have all the personnel. I want you to talk to a
cleric and find out what he may need, then bring a nurse to help assist him.
The burly nurse at the entrance to the office will be waiting for you, and
will take care of it after you've done your part.

It is sold in Logan Halfmoon shop. From entrance, go one north, four west, one north, down, and north again. The shop is there. —

This was changed recently to the Ancient Red Dragon —

It is not the ancient red dragon killed him twice and did not get the phase. - Digan —

It has been confirmed that as of right before the 4.3 change, this phase is to visit Dr. Gonzo, which requires sitting still in the CPK waiting room for ~30 real life minutes (unreasonable). I've requested this phase be changed, I'll post the phase if I find out if it has indeed been changed. —
