Description of Like a Good Neighbor:
Adventurers, I have had heard that several of our citizens are quite the
humanitarians and have been very active in aiding the unfortunates within
our realm. I'd like to reward them for their good works but I'm far too
busy to visit them personally at the moment. I'd like you to act as my good
will ambassador to these kind souls. Please seek each out and convey to
them my congratulations and best wishes. Let them know that their kindness
is appreciated by all within the realm. If you complete this quest in a
timely fashion I will reward you for your assistance.
