Description of Artifacts of Sigil:
With the ties between Sigil and Rune becoming ever stronger, it is time
to build a wing onto my castle dedicated to Sigil alone. I would like you
to venture into Sigil and recover some artifacts from its denizens. They
should show what Sigil represents to us and to its citizens. Bring them
back and give them to my close friend, Sir Tristan, for storage until the
new wing is complete. The people of Rune thank you for your help in what
promises to be an important alliance.

The sigil axes are carried by the academy instructors. Northwest side of sigil, not only the ones in the axe room carry them. Some upstairs carry them as well. —
