This is Rylwyer's Weapons Emporium.  This place mainly deals with the
selling of weapons at a bulk rate, so rarely can you get the shop owner to
sell you just one piece.  Rylwyer is a greedy human who sells a lot to the
town guards and barracks.  You notice he even has in stock practice weapons
for the use in the training yards.
