Rylwyer, a greedy human merchant, has opened up two shops in town: one
for the selling of armour and the other for the selling of weapons.  Both
stores sell their products in bulk rates so rarely can you get Rylwyer to
sell you just one piece.  Rylwyer has large contracts with the town guards
and barracks to sell off his massive supply of shields, gauntlets, and other
assorted wears.
