The Black Thunder Tavern is the most infamous and notorious tavern in the
entire region.  Many of the worst villians come here to drink and make
illegal deals.  The drinks are watered down, and the hospitality is
non-existant.  Drinking here can be dangerous to your health, in more ways
than one.
