A lithe, bald man with a crown of silver hair stands at the back of this
cramped, overflowing office, staring at you over his bifocals.  A plaid
shirt and slacks falsely belie his nature, as he has run this store alone
for nearly half a century.  He knows everything there is to know about cake,
pie, candles, balloons, clowns that aren't frightening, and levitation
houses.  He is an associate of Focault, but one of the good ones, and a
former companion of Izydor, but one of the less-adventurous ones.  He has
bided his time and stayed safe here in Lowangen, happy if not prosperous in
the forgotten old marketplace.
